What You Will Get To Do:
- Develop a deep understanding of SS&C business drivers and the acumen to respond to investors and sell side analyst modeling queries, both virtually and in person.
- Support the development of investor communications including press releases, executive messaging, earnings scripts and quarterly earnings presentations.
- Assist in managing the Investor Relations calendar, including quarterly earnings cycle, investor conferences, non-deal roadshows, and presentations
- Contribute to the development of 10Ks, 10Qs, 8Ks, earnings releases, and investor conference notes and presentations
- Participate in developing documents for the earnings process including scripts, press release, Q&A documents, and other materials
- Review financial models prepared by sell-side research analysts, identify inconsistencies, suggest improvements, and compare to the Company’s internal forecasts
- Maintain strong organizational and industry expertise by monitoring analyst publications, conference transcripts and earnings materials of peer companies
What You Will Bring:
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher with strong academic performance
- 2 years of applicable work experience in investor relations, equity capital markets or investment banking
- Ability to learn quickly, effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interpret analyses and communicate results effectively
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Command of financial modeling techniques used by investment analysts.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Highly proficient with Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical skills

NY: Salary range for the position: $85,000 USD to $115,000 USD.
