Job Description:

We are looking for a Digital Analytics & CRO Senior Consultant to be employed in our analytics team.

Key responsibilities: 

  • Custormer Journey analysis adopting data analytics tool (google analytics and adobe analytics)
  • Qualitative analysis using Hotjar, Clarity, Contentsquare, Luckyorange analyzing scrollmap, session recording and heatmap reporting.
  • Developing testing ideas, A/B tests and multivariable tests
  • Provides input for pitches
  • Develops and shares knowledge of Conversion Rate Optimisation
  • Lead meetings with clients and convey complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent presentation skills

Qualifications: 

  • Experience of at least 3-5 years in the fields of conversion rate optimization and web digital data analytics.
  • Preferably degree in Technical-Computer Science, Engineering, Internet Sciences, Statistics, Marketing, Mathematics, Physical sciences or similar
  • Strong knowledge of the main visual analytics platform (Hotjar, Clarity, Contentsquare, luckyorange and more)
  • Strong knowledge of A/B testing and other testing methodologies (VWO, AB Tasty, Omniconvert, Adobe Target or others) 
  • Good knowledge of Google Analytics and/or other analytics platforms
  • Familiarity with Google Tag Manager is nice to have
  • Basic skills in using Google Presentation (or Powerpoint) and Google Sheet (or Excel) 
  • Excellent knowledge of the Italian language 
  • Good knowledge of the English language
