Job Description

  • Assist in the management and maintenance of our CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness. 

  • Support the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns and push notifications, using marketing automation tools. 

  • Collaborate with the CRM team to segment and target audiences effectively. 

  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to CRM, email marketing and push notification efforts. 

  • Assist in the development and optimization of customer journeys and automated workflows. 

  • Provide support in analyzing customer data to identify trends and opportunities. 

  • Help in the creation of customer personas and audience segmentation strategies. 

  • Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in CRM and Marketing Automation. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • Fluent Italian and English 

  • Strong interest in CRM, Marketing Automation, and data-driven marketing. 

  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud: Familiarity with the user interface and features, including Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Content Builder, Audience Builder and Analytics builder. 

  • Proficiency in Automation Studio and Journey Builder: Ability to create and manage automated tasks for email scheduling, data handling, and multichannel marketing activities. 

  • Advanced skills in AMPscript and SQL: Ability to use scripting languages to customize email content, create complex dynamization and automation rules, and work with customer data effectively using SQL. 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint. 

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. 

  • Effective communication and teamwork skills. 

  • Self-motivated and eager to learn.
