Data Communications Network Security, OSS, Global Marine Operations Technical Program Manager

This Technical Program Manager role at Google focuses on the design, implementation, and operational management of Global Submarine Networks (GSN). Responsibilities include managing Layer 2-3 IP Secure Data Communications Network (DCN) and Operational Support Systems (OSS), working with stakeholders in the Network Operations Center (NOC), monitoring network and OSS performance, collaborating with technology suppliers and security teams to ensure high reliability, and leading network security planning and operations for GSN's internal communications network. The role requires strong technical expertise, project management skills, and experience in network operations, security, and OSS. Experience with Cisco networking, SD-WAN, and CI/CD environments is preferred.
