Job Description

This 6-month full-time Data Engineering internship at Tesla's Gigafactory Berlin-Brandenburg focuses on New Product Introduction (NPI) and BOM (Bill of Materials) management. Responsibilities include configuring and maintaining accurate BOM data, collaborating with cross-functional teams for system optimization, performing data analysis to identify trends and optimize processes, developing and improving IT tools and dashboards, solving complex challenges, and creating data visualizations. The ideal candidate possesses strong technical skills in Excel, SQL, and PLM/ERP/MES systems, alongside a passion for data analysis, problem-solving, and teamwork.

Must have:

BSc/MSc in Mechanical Engineering or IT
Proficiency in Excel, SQL
Experience with PLM, ERP, MES
Data analysis & visualization skills
Problem-solving & teamwork abilities

Good to have:

Dashboard creation experience
Experience with analytics tools

What You’ll Bring
