Responsibilities include welcoming customers, managing delivery details in the CRM, coordinating with sales and operations teams on pre-delivery and registration processes, preparing loan and registration documents, preparing vehicles for delivery, hosting delivery appointments (including new owner orientations), supporting the Sales Manager, contributing ideas for process improvements, demonstrating expertise in Tesla products and services, staying updated on industry trends, and performing additional tasks as needed. The role demands excellent communication, attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a passion for the automotive industry. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and possess strong customer service skills.
