Delivery Advisor

The Tesla Delivery Advisor is responsible for providing exceptional customer service during the vehicle delivery process. Responsibilities include welcoming customers, preparing vehicles, conducting new owner orientations, updating the CRM system, supporting the Delivery Manager, contributing improvement ideas, demonstrating product knowledge, and staying updated on industry trends. The ideal candidate possesses excellent verbal skills, a history of customer service excellence, and enthusiasm for the automotive industry. Cross-functional collaboration with sales, service, logistics, and admin teams is essential, along with proficiency in using multiple systems (Salesforce experience is a plus). The role requires strong organizational and time management skills, flexibility with scheduling, and a valid driver's license.
