Assist the Head of the Outbound CC in managing day-to-day operations, including sales strategies, performance monitoring, and process optimization;
Lead, coach, and motivate a team of outbound call center agents to achieve KPIs and sales targets;
Coordinate team and Jira requests;
Analyze performance metrics, provide actionable insights, and implement improvements of outbound campaigns to increase productivity and conversion rates;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, CRM, and Customer Support) to develop effective outbound call campaigns;
Step into the role of Head of Outbound Call Center in her absence, taking full responsibility for the department.
Proven experience in a leadership role within an outbound call center or sales environment;
Strong knowledge of outbound sales strategies and call center technology;
Experience in setting and achieving sales targets and KPIs.
A team player with an excellent communication;
Problem-solving, and organizational skills;
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
