Reporting to our Head of Production, you’ll work hand-in-hand with our Senior Creative Director to translate creative goals into compelling, innovative gameplay features and strategies. You'll own the vision for game and level design: from game modes to player progression, content and systems. You'll ensure our design execution is cohesive, impactful, and aligned with long-term goals.
The Design Director will be responsible for carefully balancing design priorities with player expectations. We want someone who can identify areas for improvement and challenge the status quo, while respecting what the players love about the game.

Vous serez responsable de la vision du design et level design du jeu : des modes de jeux, de la progression des joueurs, du contenu et des systèmes, afin de garantir la cohésion, l'impact et l'alignement de notre exécution design sur les objectifs à long terme.
