The Director, Healthcare Partnerships is responsible for identifying, developing, and selling meaningful partnership opportunities to grow Visa payment volume in B2B healthcare payment flows. This role requires a sales and business development professional with knowledge of B2B healthcare flows. Responsibilities include delivering on key sales performance metrics, actively calling on clients, managing the sales pipeline, and providing market analysis. The role also involves leading the development and negotiation of proposals, working with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions are aligned, proactively solving complex problems, and educating the Visa organization on market developments. Furthermore, this role involves continuously reviewing the market landscape, identifying partnership opportunities, and supporting the development of the overall B2B healthcare strategy. This position requires fostering in-depth relationships with clients and within Visa. This role will report into the VP, Healthcare for Visa.
