Join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team! This role involves attracting top talent across SaaS, media, interactive, product, and marketing. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates, managing the full recruitment cycle from intake to offer, developing relationships with hiring managers, engaging candidates, staying informed on industry trends, analyzing recruitment metrics, conducting screenings, managing interviews, and collaborating on recruiting strategies. Are you a recruitment professional looking for exciting new opportunities? Our Talent Acquisition team is expanding, and we're seeking skilled recruiters for multiple roles at mid to senior levels. We're building a team of experts to attract top talent across SaaS, media, interactive, product, and marketing, helping drive our organization's growth and success.
Available Roles:

  • Mid-level Recruiters
  • Senior Recruiters

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and attract high-quality candidates through diverse channels
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from intake to offer
  • Develop strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and align on hiring strategies
  • Engage candidates with a compelling employer brand and ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Stay informed on industry trends, especially in SaaS, media, interactive, product, and marketing
  • Analyze and report on recruitment metrics to drive process improvements
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings, manage interviews, and guide hiring decisions
  • Collaborate with the team to innovate and enhance our recruiting strategies and processes

Qualifications:

    • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably with expertise in SaaS, media, interactive, product, or marketing roles
    • Proficiency with ATS systems (Jobvite experience a plus)
    • Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills, with a proven track record in competitive markets
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
    • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and process improvement skills
