About the Role
Join our dynamic team as we seek a Sales professional to fill the crucial role of Director, Demand, EMEA! In this position, you will play a vital role in shaping and advancing Frameplay's revenue growth, with a specific focus on intrinsic in-game advertising's growing prominence in the global media landscape. As a Sales Director, you will take charge of fostering net-new agency and client direct partners, serving as a key point of contact for their day-to-day success, and introducing intrinsic in-game ad solutions to their client base.
To thrive in this role, you should bring a minimum of 3 years of experience in Media/AdTech, coupled with a deep understanding of the media industry. Proficiency in Salesforce, relationships within the media world and a proven track record of hitting annual sales quotas are crucial for excelling in this dynamic Sales position. Reporting directly to our SVP, Global Demand, you will contribute significantly to the success of our Demand Team. What You Can Expect
This position is a Hybrid position, based in the United Kingdom. We honour pay transparency, and the base compensation range for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 plus eligibility for the sales incentive/commission plan, a meaningful equity package, a suite of employee benefits, and paid time off. Actual compensation can vary based on qualifications, experience, and location. Bands listed are for London based employees.
