As Director of Client Services, Europe, you will lead and scale a high-performing regional team of Technical Account Managers and Telecom Network Data Scientists. You will ensure clients achieve measurable value from Ookla’s data-driven solutions. Key responsibilities include leading the team, owning the client success strategy, acting as an escalation point, advising senior client stakeholders, and representing client needs internally. You will also be expected to partner with regional Sales leadership, meet clients onsite or remotely, and stay current on technology trends. You will also present data insights to highlight value and impact across customer use cases.
