Job Description

As a Senior Digital Analyst, you will be responsible for improving the organization's performance through actionable insights derived from data products. You will provide recommendations to stakeholders, campaign managers, and business owners to drive informed decision-making and support growth. Responsibilities include gathering business needs, creating reports and dashboards, developing digital performance dashboards, and providing datasets for self-service BI. You will also be involved in the development of marketing analytics, optimizing digital marketing activities, and staying updated on the latest advancements in data science, including augmented analytics and code interpreters. The role requires expertise in data modeling, databases, big data, AI, machine learning, and data quality issues. Experience in the digital analytics space, particularly within the B2B industry, is essential.
Must have:
  • 10 years of experience in digital analytics.
  • Strong skills in Mapp, Webtrekk, PowerBI, and Analytics Workspace.
  • Expertise in data modeling and data processes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
Good to have:
  • Programming knowledge in SQL, Python, or R.
  • Knowledge of current developments in machine learning.

As a Senior Digital Analyst Reporting Insights you relentlessly seek to improve our organization s performance through actionable insights based on effective data products that you deliver to internal customers You provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders campaign managers business owners By doing this you become part of our mission and make sure it succeeds to drive informed decision making and support growth for T Systems Marketing we deliver timely and accurate insights leveraging data and analytics to maximize ROI identify trends and foster a data driven culture Gather and document business needs KPIs and other functional and or technical requirements to help marketers provide a compelling data driven response and recommendation Provide ad hoc reports and regular analysis with actionable insights to stakeholders in the form of Analysis Workspace dashboards or a dec You will further develop our business intelligence and analytical data warehouse collect unify analyze and process complex data Utilize data modeling and predictive analytics techniques to generate forecasts and predictions Provide quality control and oversight of reporting output Develop support the creation of digital performance dashboards Provide datasets for a self service BI and further develop existing dashboards You drive automation and thus make a significant contribution to scaling our digital analytics capabilities You will help with the conception and development of our marketing analytics and use your analytical and methodological expertise to ensure that we optimize our digital marketing activities You will help to further develop Data Analytics in the coming years with your knowledge of augmented analytics or code interpreters your profile 10 years of experience working in the digital analytics space for digital platforms and touchpoints ideally in B2B industry Completed studies with focus on statistics mathematics business informatics data science or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience Strong Mapp Webtrekk PowerBI and Analytics skills with in depth knowledge of Analysis Workspace Deep understanding of underlying technologies and platforms Tracking Tagging Reporting Analytics APIs Strong skills in developing insights and presentations using analytics data Expert knowledge in data modeling data processes Very good understanding of business oriented use and technical management of databases big data AI machine learning data processes and data quality issues Knowledge of current developments in the machine learning environment scoring cluster algorithms or segmentation are no foreign words to you Programming knowledge in SQL in Python or R are a plus You are a confident team player and have excellent written and oral communication skills especially with stakeholders IT and management Very good knowledge of English language Strong problem solving skills solution oriented mindset Appetite and ability to learn on the job as required Experience working in global organizations and with international teams Ability to communicate clearly and quickly switch between various levels of abstraction You are driving topics rather than they are pushing you Supporting technical support to sprinkler tool p
