About The Role:

We’re looking for a highly experienced Executive Assistant (EA) to provide support to the Chief Revenue Officer. This is a great opportunity for a senior-level EA who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has extensive experience working cross-functionally with executives. The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter who excels in managing complex schedules, has strong organizational skills, and demonstrates a high level of professionalism and discretion. This role an in-person role and will be expected to be on-site in Berkeley and SF.

What You’ll Be Doing: 

  • Provide high-level executive support to the Chief Revenue Officer, ensuring effective time management and prioritization of tasks.

  • Manage and maintain complex calendars, including scheduling meetings across multiple time zones and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Partner cross-functionally with various teams, including Product, Marketing, and Customer Success, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

  • Handle travel arrangements, prepare itineraries, and manage travel logistics.

  • Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and other materials for executive-level meetings.

  • Act as a liaison between the Chief Revenue Officer and internal teams, ensuring information flows effectively and tasks are completed in a timely manner.

  • Assist with special projects, including event planning, team offsites, and cross-functional initiatives.

Who You Are:

  • Have 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior executives, preferably in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.

  • Have experience working cross-functionally and partnering with executives across various departments.

  • Are highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

  • Are proactive and able to anticipate the needs of the executive you support.

  • Thrive in a remote work environment, specifically in the PST timezone.

The reasonably estimated base salary for this role ranges from $125,000.00 to 155,000, plus a competitive equity package. Actual compensation is based on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
