Role Purpose: The Executive Liaison Officer serves as a strategic advisor and right-hand to the Head of Marketing.

Accountabilities:

  • Strategic Advisement: Provide counsel to the Head of Marketing on a wide range of issues, including organizational strategy, business operations, and executive decision-making.
  • Leadership Support: Act as a proxy for the Head of Marketing when necessary, representing the executive office in meetings and communications with internal and external stakeholders.
  •  Project Management: Oversee and drive strategic projects from inception to completion,ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timely execution.
  • Communication Facilitation: Ensure clear and effective communication between the executive office and other parts of the organization, as well as with external partners and stakeholders.
  • Meeting and Agenda Management: Organize and prioritize critical issues and required information for the executive to facilitate efficient decision-making. Plan and coordinate executive-level meetings and ensure follow up on actionable items.
  • Operational Oversight: Oversee the daily operations of the executive office, including managing staff and resources to ensure optimal performance.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and report on the progress of strategic initiatives, providing analysis and recommendations to enhance effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Significant experience in a business management role, with a proven track record of effective leadership and strategic planning.
  •  Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to lead complex projects and multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.
  • High degree of discretion and confidentiality, capable of handling sensitive information and situations with integrity.
  • Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in the use of modern office software, project management tools, and communication
    technologies.
