We are seeking a creative and experienced individual to lead our Executive Experiences Program for Microsoft Events.
The ultimate purpose of the Executive Developer is to create an exclusive and tailored experience within our flagship events, specifically targeting the most senior level attendees. This role is pivotal in developing unique, creative, and engaging experiences tailored for business and technical senior decision-makers. As the leader of the program, you’ll aim to develop a standardized and re-deployable framework of experiences that can be creatively customized based on psychographic insights, behavioral data, and other market research. Furthermore, this role will continuously evolve the framework to complement and enhance our existing customer engagement models and methodologies. For example, this role will also focus on developing a strategy to utilize content and experiences from our C-level events, and incorporate it into the experiential programming for customer leadership just below the C-suite level.
In this role, you will oversee the deployment of these experiences across our Microsoft event portfolio, which will include highly interactive and senior-led demonstrations, executive discussions, exclusive content sessions, networking functions, and more. Additionally, this role will focus on executive, co-sell, and partner meetings as a core component of the executive experience, where you will help create and facilitate tailored, impactful, customer-centric dialogue between key decision-makers, key partners, and Microsoft leaders, addressing specific business challenges and galvanizing senior relationships.
