Job Summary

BuildStaff Inc. is seeking a Full Stack Developer. The role involves developing software solutions by studying user information needs, conferring with users, and following the software development lifecycle. Responsibilities include determining operational feasibility, documenting solutions, preparing and installing solutions, and providing advice and training to software engineers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for agile development and pair programming, with the ability to work unsupervised. Key desired skills include Java, AngularJS, Spring Boot, JPA, Web Services (REST), Maven or Gradle, MongoDB, Tomcat, Spark, AWS, design patterns, GIT, HTML, CSS, JQuery, JavaScript, and UI/UX.

Must Have

  • 3 years of Java developer experience

Job Description

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Develops software solutions by studying information needs; conferring with users; studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes; investigating problem areas; following the software development lifecycle.
  • Determines operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions.
  • Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code.
  • Prepares and installs solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming.
  • Accomplishes engineering and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
  • Supports software engineers by providing advice and training

Qualification & Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years working experience as Java developer
  • Passion for agile development and pair programming
  • Ability to work unsupervised
  • Desired key skills and knowledge of following technologies:
    • JAVA, AngularJS, Spring Boot, JPA, Web Services (rest)
    • Maven or Gradle
