Virtuos is seeking an experienced Lead/Senior Graphics Programmer to develop and support rendering features, optimize CPU and GPU performance, and mentor the engineering team. Responsibilities include implementing low-level API functionality and collaborating with art and tech art teams. The ideal candidate possesses strong C++, algorithm, math, and graphics API (DirectX, Vulkan) knowledge, experience with Unreal Engine or similar engines, and a deep understanding of rendering optimization techniques. The role involves leading and guiding other team members, resolving technical problems, and contributing to the creation of high-quality gaming experiences.

Responsibilities
Developing new and supporting existing rendering features;
CPU and GPU optimization;
Guide and mentor the engineering team, helping resolve technical issues;
Implementing low-level functionality on the API level.
Qualifications
Solid C++, algorithm, math, low level and graphics (API and pipeline) knowledge;
Experience developing and optimizing rendering features;
Experience collaborating with art and/or tech art teams;
Leadership skills or strong motivation and potential to grow into a leadership role;
Deep knowledge of graphics APIs (DirectX, Vulkan);
Deep understanding of Unreal Engine or other proprietary engines.
