The Growth Manager at BytePlus (ByteDance) oversees overseas marketing for cloud products. Responsibilities include go-to-market strategy planning, developing sales opportunities through lead generation and customer relationships, and empowering the sales team with product knowledge and marketing materials. This role involves creating and implementing integrated marketing plans (online/offline, advertising, PR, social media) to attract potential customers, optimizing costs, and building an efficient operational platform. The ideal candidate possesses at least 5 years' experience in product management/operations and familiarity with cloud products.

About the team BytePlus is a business unit in ByteDance and provides intelligent platform services powered by industry-leading research in emerging technologies. From data analytics tools to computer vision software, BytePlus solutions enable businesses reach their potential. To help businesses access BytePlus technologies, the Platform team delivers a reliable and easy-to-use platform that businesses can use to discover, learn more about, purchase and use BytePlus solutions. Our platform makes it radically safe and effortless for technology professionals to consume solutions like BytePlus Recommendation, BytePlus Effects and BytePlus Data Intelligence to grow their businesses. This role is in charge of overseas marketing activities of BytePlus cloud products, responsible for the operation and monetization of BytePlus cloud products, potential customer opportunities and pipelines, and providing support for key regional customers. - Planning market strategy: Responsible for Go-To-Market of Byteplus cloud products/solutions, cooperate with Product R & D and sales positioning of key market target customers, assist in setting sales targets, plan market expansion strategies, etc - Develop sales opportunities: Build a list of sales prospects through existing Customer relationships, Lead Generation, marketing activities, etc., and expand effective business opportunities for sales. Based on named account, cooperate with sales and platform to improve corporate profile, develop and execute demand generation campaign, and promote potential customer conversion to SQL. Based on the target audience, plan product marketing activities, collaborate with multi-department teams including marketing and SDR, plan and implement integrated marketing plans, including online and offline, advertising, public relations, and social media activities, to attract qualified market potential customers MQL, and continuously optimize costs - Empowering Sales: Provide relevant product knowledge training, preferential policies, distribution strategies and marketing materials to the sales team, and analyze products to help achieve sales goals. Create and maintain product-related sales tools, such as official websites, sales brochures, presentation documents and videos, FAQs, customer cases, brochures, marketing and promotion templates, contract templates, etc. Participate in the construction of operation platform , establish business norms and standardized business processes, and improve Product Operation efficiency.
Qualifications
