BebopBee is seeking a Growth Specialist to lead the company's growth strategy. The role involves identifying and optimizing growth channels to boost revenue and engagement, designing and executing marketing campaigns with affiliate marketers, rewards programs, and tourism brands. This specialist will also explore partnerships with influencers, content creators, and forums to collaborate on brand-resonating projects. The role includes designing real-world prize rewards through in-game events and community collaborations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of marketing tools, a proactive approach to marketing trends, excellent communication skills, and a relevant degree or equivalent experience. The candidate should also have outstanding English writing skills, with knowledge of the North American market and culture. The role offers a chance to make history with a passionate team in a growing company.
Must have:

We are looking for a Growth Specialist/Lead to take the initiative, be hands-on and directly shape BebopBee’s growth strategy and success.
What you will do:
- Identify, Develop & Optimize growth channels to drive revenues and engagement growth
- Define and execute upon exceptional marketing campaigns leveraging Affiliate Marketers, Real-World Rewards and Tourism Brands’ Co-promo opportunities
- Explore partnership opportunities with Influencers, Content Creators, Super Fans, Bloggers, Forums etc for collaborations in a brand-resonating way (travel, cultural - exchanges like Penpals, content publishers etc.)
- Design Real world Prize rewards, giveaways and promotions (like “Travel Vouchers”, “Wonderful T-Shirts”, “Souvenir Mugs” “Magnets” etc) through in-game events and other community collaborations
What you will need:
- A good understanding of the power of storytelling as a marketing tool
- An early adopter of marketing trends and always looking to stay ahead
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A degree in Marketing, Statistics, STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Math) or Business Administration (or just a will to win)
- Outstanding English writing skills and an excellent understanding of the North-American market and culture
