The Opportunity

Empower a talented multi-functional Engineering team at Adobe Tokyo to develop cutting-edge solutions for the Creative and Document Cloud, shaping the future of digital creativity.

What You Will Do

· Lead all aspects of a multi-functional team of developers, testers, and program managers to deliver high-quality software solutions. · Head of Japan engineering for Adobe's Creative Cloud and Document Cloud initiatives, ensuring detailed execution and delivery.

· Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Support, and Product Management to identify and address difficulties faced by customers, aligning product development with market needs.

· Lead the strategic implementation of generative AI, machine learning, and natural language processing technologies to drive impactful outcomes.

· Build and maintain strong working relationships with geographically diverse collaborators, demonstrating exceptional communication and teamwork skills while working effectively with a remote manager.

What You Need to Succeed

· Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.

· Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a leader managing a diverse team in software engineering.

· Strong exposure to generative AI solutions, machine learning, and natural language processing.

· Outstanding ability to work collaboratively with collaborators across different geographies.

· Ambitious, determined, and with a track record of challenging in dynamic environments.

· Leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and encourage your team to achieve world-class results.

· Strong communication skills, with the ability to report effectively to international managers; business-level proficiency in English and native proficiency in Japanese is required.

· Software localization knowledge is a plus, enabling you to implement strategies that cater to a global audience. Adobe is proud to be an Equal
