Job Description

Landor is seeking a Head of Reward & People Analytics to join their London studio to cover for maternity leave. The role involves developing and implementing global reward programs, leading the annual reward review cycle, managing salary surveys, and ensuring compliance with salary transparency legislation. The candidate will also partner with key stakeholders across the business and WPP, including Regional People Leads, CFOs, and business leaders. The ideal candidate will be a data-driven reward expert with a passion for creating equitable and competitive compensation programs.
Must have:
  • 7+ years of experience in global compensation and benefits.
  • Proven track record of developing reward programs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Deep understanding of salary transparency legislation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good to have:
  • Experience with Workday.
  • CCP certification.
  • Experience in the advertising or marketing industry.

We're seeking a dynamic and experienced People Leader to join our Global People team on a maternity cover basis. In this pivotal role, you'll drive our global reward strategy, ensuring our programs attract, retain, and motivate top talent. You'll lead the annual reward review cycle, manage salary surveys, ensure compliance with evolving salary transparency legislation, and partner with key stakeholders across the business and WPP. If you're a data-driven reward expert with a passion for creating equitable and competitive compensation programs, we want to hear from you!

What you’ll do 

  • Develop and implement strategic global reward programs.
  • Lead the annual global reward review cycle.
  • Manage salary survey participation and analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with salary transparency legislation.
  • Partner with WPP's central teams on analytics, compliance, and job architecture.
  • Own and manage our Global HRIS, PeopleHR.
  • Collaborate with Regional People Leads, CFOs, and business leaders.

 

What you’ll need 

  • A seasoned reward professional with 7+ years of experience in global compensation and benefits.
  • A strategic thinker with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful reward programs.
  • A data guru with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A compliance expert with a deep understanding of salary transparency legislation.
  • A collaborative partner with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experienced with HRIS systems (PeopleHR a plus).

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with Workday.
  • CCP certification.
  • Experience in the advertising or marketing industry.
