Individuals who do well in this role at HP, usually possess:
Fresh graduates who have completed their studies within a year and able to start before August 2025.
Able to develop positive relationships and solving problems
Skills include negotiation, communication, ability to influence others, risk taker, problem solver, and project management skills
Understanding of the IT industry, competing vendors, and the channel
Basic understanding of HP's organization & operations, including key business rules, partner segmentation, key programs & initiatives.
Understanding of a specific set of HP's products, software, and services.
Able to communicate and work with country sales managers of identified opportunities, and overcome objections from countries
Partners effectively with other stakeholders to ensure coordinated, efficient process management
Experience developing positive relationships and solving difficult situation
