Responsibilities include planning and executing large-scale player engagement campaigns (in-game events, configuration creation, promotion plans, and material production), managing in-game activations and promotions for game updates and content releases, tracking content performance, gathering user feedback, collaborating with marketing and online marketing teams on campaign promotions and ad campaigns, and promptly responding to live game incidents. Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills are essential, along with creativity, a passion for mobile games (particularly action/shooter games), and an understanding of gamer psychology. SQL knowledge is preferred.
