Controlling & Logistics - Implement the controlling, and logistics specific strategies, processes, and systems within the plant to drive cost competitiveness (e.g. Reduction in value add per piece), and customer satisfaction
Human Resource - Implement the HR & IR specific strategies, processes, and systems within the plant to ensure talent & workforce availability (incl. labour models etc.) and drive employee relations
Budget Planning - Budget and manage manufacturing cost structures for the plant by developing and maintaining operational expenses within budget allowance, and drive cost-reduction measures
Factory Manager - Assume the role of Factory Manager as per the Factories Act and ensure compliance to the statutory & regulatory guidelines
Employee Engagement - Promote employee engagement and well-being through the implementation and sustenance of dedicated strategies and interventions jointly with the Plant Technical Head
Safety And Security - Oversee the implementation of the overall site security concepts including physical security of property & people
Corporate Social Responsibility - Conceptualize and drive CSR interventions in and around the plant location Achievement of CSR targets
People Management - Foresee the commercial and digital fluency competency requirements for the plant basis current and future trends and direct employee capability development accordingly
CA, Masters degree in operations/business management
15+ years of experience of leading the commercial plant function for mid/large sized plant, with a background in Finance & Accounting, Controlling, HR and Logistics
