Job Summary
Job Description
The International Growth Consultant role focuses on assisting Google's largest clients in expanding their international business. Responsibilities include understanding client objectives, developing data-driven recommendations, and shaping their expansion strategies across various markets and verticals. The consultant will devise innovative solutions to identify and scale growth opportunities, providing comprehensive support throughout the export process, from market identification to addressing operational challenges such as payments, customer experience, logistics, and localization. Strong teamwork and a commitment to professional development are essential. The role requires experience in gathering and presenting technical and financial data, utilizing technological tools for business objectives, and analyzing industry information for strategic planning.
Must have:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years experience in data presentation and analysis
- 3+ years experience using technology for business goals
- Consult Google's largest customers on international growth strategies
- Develop data-driven business recommendations and expansion strategies
Good to have:
- Experience in strategy creation and execution
- Understanding of digital marketing products and landscape
- Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
- Innovation and development of new solutions

Job Details
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience gathering and presenting technical and financial data to promote products, services, and solutions.
- 3 years of experience using technological tools to accomplish business objectives and goals.
Preferred qualifications:
- 3 years of experience analyzing and applying industry, market, product and organizational information to strategies and plans.
- Experience in strategy creation and leading and delivering strategic initiatives and business goals.
- Understanding of the digital marketing products and landscape.
- Excellent stakeholder management with the ability to influence towards shared objectives.
- Excellent problem-solving and quantitative analysis skills.
- Motivated with desire to innovate and develop new solutions to
problems with clients and stakeholders.

- Consult Google’s largest customers on how to grow their international business by understanding customer objectives, building data-driven business recommendations, and shaping their expansion strategy across markets/verticals.
- Conceive innovative ideas, approaches, and solutions to identify growth opportunities for customers and scale them.
- Provide end-to-end support to clients along their export journey, from market identification to in-market expertise including how to overcome key operational hurdles (e.g., payments, customer experience, logistics, localization).
- Be a team player, contributing to the positive and inclusive culture of the International Growth Team and positively influencing your own development, and also the development of those around you.
