IO Interactive seeks a Junior Procurement Specialist to support operational needs across studios and projects (including Project 007 and Project Fantasy). Responsibilities include executing IT procurement strategies, contract and license review/negotiation, supplier relationship management, performance evaluation, collaborating with departments to meet procurement needs, and identifying/mitigating procurement risks. The ideal candidate possesses a BA in Supply Chain Management or a related field, 1-2 years of experience in procurement, software/IT procurement experience, contract negotiation skills, strong organizational and communication skills, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

IO Interactive is looking for a Junior Procurement Specialist to join our team and support the operational needs of our studios and projects. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of our titles, including Project 007, a James Bond video game with an original story, and Project Fantasy, an innovative online fantasy RPG and our live service title Hitman.

As part of the Procurement & Outsourcing team, you will assist with procurement processes with an initial focus on IT procurement, supplier coordination, and contract management to support our development teams.

What you will do:

  • Execute procurement strategies with a focus on IT procurement under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Drive contract and license reviews and negotiations.
  • Maintain and update supplier relationships and evaluate both new and ongoing supplier performances.
  • Collaborate with various departments at IOI to understand and help fulfill their procurement needs.
  • Help identify potential procurement risks and suggest mitigation strategies.

Who you are:

  • BA in Supply Chain Management or similar. 
  • A motivated professional with 1–2 years of experience in procurement, supply chain or a related field (experience in gaming or tech is a bonus).
  • Experience in software and IT Procurement. 
  • Familiar with basic contract negotiation and procurement principles.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
  • An independent, proactive team player with a solutions-oriented mindset.

IO Interactive is a 25-year old, AAA independent game studio, creators of HITMAN, Kane & Lynch, Mini Ninjas and Freedom Fighters. We are currently working on Project 007, Project Fantasy, and continue to develop Glacier, our award-winning game engine.
