The King Experience Specialist will be responsible for enriching and supporting King's culture, enhancing the overall employee experience, and aligning initiatives with company goals. This role involves creating a vibrant workplace, managing recognition programs like the Royal Recognition Awards and the King Royal Store, and updating internal and external assets. Key responsibilities include maintaining culture-related website pages, managing the annual tenure service awards program, enhancing the employee experience through the Royal 'swag' store, running a comprehensive onboarding experience for new joiners, and collaborating with internal teams and external suppliers. The specialist will also be a point of contact for global programs, communicate company values, and create engaging campaigns.
Must have:

Your responsibility

  • King’s President Office team is in search of a passionate Experience Specialist to help enrich and support King’s distinctive culture and enhancing the overall experience of our Kingdom as well as aligning initiatives with King’s strategic employee experience goals
  • Help foster a vibrant, inclusive, and engaging workplace where employees feel valued and empowered.
  • The King Experience Specialist will focus on creating a vibrant and engaged workplace for new Kingsters into the company from their first day, to deliver and manage our annual recognition programmes such as Royal Recognition Awards and King Royal Store, as well as continuous update of internal and external assets and branding.
  • Contributing and supporting to create a culture that reflects our King values, mission and purpose while ensuring a positive employee experience.
  • Maintaining and updating the company's culture-related website pages and internal portals, ensuring fun content is fresh, relevant, and aligned with company values.
  • Running of our annual tenure service awards program as a key initiative designed to recognise employees for their long-term contributions to the Kingdom, including co-ordinating this program to ensure a seamless experience from data reporting, supplier managing, budget management and payments to award delivery and celebrations
  • Enhancing our employee experience through our Royal ‘swag’ store operations such as co-ordinating with suppliers, and help co-ordinate design of fun and engaging products that reinforce our company identity, game design and values
  • Run a super engaging and informative onboarding experience for new joiners, including weekly presentations and update of materials to reflect our company strategy, goals and culture
  • Support the creation of engaging content and comms that showcase company culture and values.
  • Collaborate closely with our internal teams such as finance, brand, internal comms, projects, workday reporting and culture team as well as working with external suppliers
  • You’ll be go-to useful and friendly point of contact for our global programmes to help with any Kingster queries
  • Work on communicating, enhancing, and adapting our company values to Kingsters.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for external award and royal store suppliers, to ensure smooth collaboration of award personalisation, product design and delivery logistics
  • Brainstorm and create fun campaigns surrounding recognition, culture, celebration and wellness

Reporting line and team

  • You’ll report into the President office and be dedicated to King, working alongside the King events team, and other key stakeholder in business operations.

Experience and skills

  • Experience of hands-on programme management, and/or onboarding programmes
  • Good English presentation skills is essential for the Onboarding sessions
  • Experience of culture or employee experience pragrammes
  • Experience managing budgets, and financial operations e.g. raising POs
  • Recognition and passion for cultivating a fun and inclusive workplace
  • Experience working in multicultural global environments or international companies would be beneficial
  • You think creatively and enjoy making things happen
  • Great communication skills across various stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Fun, creative and approachable
