The Learning & Development Coordinator will play a key role in shaping and maintaining the company's learning culture. This role involves designing and delivering learning programs, managing learning platforms, and collaborating with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with learning management systems, content authoring tools, and administrative skills. They will be a creative thinker with a passion for data and continuous improvement.
Must have:
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • CIPD L&D or HR qualification (or working towards one)
  • Proficiency with MS Office and content authoring tools (Articulate, Canva)
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Creative thinking and planning abilities
  • Passion for data
Good to have:
  • Experience with video, audio, and infographic creation for learning materials

Qualifications

  • You're a Learning Management Systems ringmaster, juggling compliance and e-learning content like a pro!
  • You've got a CIPD L&D or HR qualification (or you're working towards one) tucked in your magician's hat.
  • You're a tech-savvy wizard, conjuring up miracles with MS Office and content authoring tools like Articulate and Canva.
  • You're a digital learning alchemist, turning video, audio, and infographics into pure educational gold.
  • Your administration skills are so strong, you could organize a three-ring circus blindfolded!
  • You're a creative thinker with the ability to prioritise and plan like a master strategist playing 4D chess.
  • You've got a passion for data
  • Last but not least, you understand the importance of following the rules in our regulated, licensed business – because even acrobats need a safety net!
