Over the last 17 years, InMobi has built a global Advertising Platform that powers our customers’ growth by helping them engage their audiences and drive real connections.
InMobi has also built a second unicorn, Glance, which is advancing digital consumption and creating a new wave of disruption. Present on 400M devices across India, SEA, Japan and the US – Glance is one of the largest content platforms globally with~200M daily active users.
What is the team like?
Procurement role rolls up to Finance at InMobi which is a tightly knitted group working to set up processes, frameworks and systems to help the business ride the next wave of rapid growth. We are fun group, excited about the next growth phase and helping business teams in all possible ways, but yet keep the company and management abreast and make informed decisions.
Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and self-driven Procurement Manager to lead procurement efforts at InMobi. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, start-up environment and can handle business-as-usual (BAU) procurement tasks with minimal guidance.
As a Procurement Manager, you will:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand purchase requirements and manage the end-to-end procurement process.
- Identify, negotiate with, and manage vendor relationships to secure the best pricing and quality.
- Monitor and optimize cost and delivery KPIs to ensure operational excellence.
- Streamline vendor consolidation to drive cost savings and efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversee the PR to PO process, contract management, ensure timely renewals and cost reductions.
- Drive automation, process improvements, update procurement SOPs, and prepare Capex/Opex budgets.
- Drive impactful procurement strategies and contribute to a winning team.

Skills & Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in techno-commercial procurement and vendor management, with a strong track record of driving efficiency and value.
- Proven expertise in contract management, preferably within the SaaS industry.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and decision-making abilities.
- Educational qualifications: BE and MBA.
