Position Description:


The Manager role is a part of the Quoting Rules team within the broader Revenue, Growth, and Automation space. The work is fast-paced and broadly impactful across the company with various partner engagements. Responsibilities include helping craft scalable solutions and processes with engineers and architects, working with support teams who support customers and our internal systems, as well as taking business requirements to translate them into concrete technical requirements. To succeed, a candidate must be analytical, have excellent critical thinking skills, and be able to prioritize, deliver on multiple requests at once, identify inefficiencies in the process, and build scripts to help us continually improve.

This position is for the Hyderabad location only.

Responsibilities:

* Ability to Articulate a clear vision and provide direction
* Ability to work effectively with peers throughout the organization to agree and achieve shared goals
* Design, implement, and manage the configuration of our internal CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) systems.
* Implemented and have a deep understanding of Product Lifecycle Management along with Pricing Strategies.
* Facilitates the collection, execution, and support of product configuration requirements throughout the product development lifecycle.
* Evaluate and propose methods of improvement on product performance and end-of-life planning.
* Fully accountable for the delivery of work assignments on time and to expectations in terms of quality, deliverables, and outcomes
* Support the operation and maintenance of existing and future CPQ infrastructures, including rule configuration, release management, environment management, data transformation, and migration.
* Lead all aspects of troubleshooting and bug fixing for published rules configurations.
* Have strong domain knowledge of CPQ. Understand where your product/feature fits into the overall business and the rationale behind roadmap prioritizations. Build relationships with your development team.
* Implement effective stakeholder engagement and communications strategy for all stages of projects.
* Manage effective implementation of resource planning, onboarding, and transitioning of resources.
* Should have done at least one end-to-end implementation of a CPQ project
* Areas of ownership. This includes policy and process, roadmaps, support, and handling partner groups.
* Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement in the product lifecycle.
* Flexible to support AMER hours.
* This is an Office-based position out of the Hyderabad Office. 

Required Technical/Soft Skills:

* Excellent communication, written, and customer service skills.
* Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills.
* Ability to effectively explain technical issues at a high level to executive leadership or a non-technical audience.
* Ability to manage workload with minimal supervision, prioritizing accuracy of deliverables.
* Influence partners, facilitate and steer group conversations, and be clear with expectations and timelines.
* Project management experience (Agile preferred)
* Salesforce CPQ/Apttus CPQ/Approvals/CLM experience.
* Expertise in Salesforce Lightning/LWC
* Experience in using Tableau, with knowledge of configuration, administration & implementation of dashboards, flows, & data management tools along with an understanding of data analysis

Desired Technical Skills:

* Nice to have Salesforce Certification(s).
*  Any project management-related certification ( PMI -ACP / PMP etc) is an asset
* Hands-on experience with Python is preferred

Qualifications:
* 8+ years of experience, predominantly managing and running Salesforce projects independently.
* Minimum 4+ years of experience in the configuration of a CPQ system.
