Philips Ambulatory Monitoring Marketing Lead – Philips Mobile Cardiac Telemetry - MCOT

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of the marketing strategy for our Philips Mobile Cardiac Telemetry - MCOT Solution, within a broader product portfolio. In this role, you will be responsible for developing positioning, messaging, campaign activation, and sales enablement, working closely with agency partners and cross-functional teams.

As a key marketing leader, you will play a critical role in crafting and executing growth strategies for the NAR market, implementing sales enablement initiatives, and driving demand generation plans that enhance market visibility, increase customer engagement, and drive lead acquisition. Your responsibilities will also include identifying market needs and emerging trends to uncover growth opportunities, while developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies and tactical plans to ensure successful outcomes.

Your role:

  • Develop and execute the marketing strategy to elevate the Philips Ambulatory Monitoring Portfolio and Philips Mobile Cardiac Telemetry -MCOT within the larger product portfolio.
  • Conduct thorough competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies, ensuring our product positioning and marketing initiatives remain differentiated and aligned with industry dynamics.
  • Drive demand generation through innovative and engaging marketing campaigns, enhancing lead flow and sales enablement.
  • Strengthen customer relationships, driving share of wallet and increasing brand loyalty.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and continuously refine strategies for growth.


You're the right fit if:

  • You have a minimum 5 years of experience with Bachelor's OR Minimum 3 years of experience with Master's in areas such as Marketing Technology, Medical Technology, Healthcare, Commercial Services Management or equivalent.  Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, Product Management or equivalent.
  • You have direct experience designing and executing an end-to-end marketing strategy from value proposition to campaign execution. You are a data-driven marketer with strong analytical skills, incredible attention to detail and an ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
  • You have experience with online and offline channel mix, exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to proficiently write targeted and compelling marketing content
  • You have a start-up mentality with the ability to navigate a large organization. You must be positive-minded, team-oriented, diligent, relentless, organized, timely and detailed-driven.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

How we work together:

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This is an office role.

Philips Transparency Details

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.   

  • The pay range for this position in Malvern, PA is $114,000 to $175,000
  • The pay range for this position in Cambridge, MA is $122,000 to $185,000

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.  Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.  Details about our benefits can be found here

At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.

US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa, now or in the future.

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position.  For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Malvern, PA or Cambridge, MA .
