Summary

The Music Business Partnership Coordinator role at Onward Search supports a global consumer tech company's US Music Business Partnerships team. Location: Hybrid - Los Angeles, CA | Full-Time, 12-Month Contract

As the Music Business Partnership Coordinator, you will be an integral part of the US Music Business Partnerships team, helping to drive key initiatives and maintain seamless communication with label partners. Your role will involve managing external presentations, coordinating meetings, maintaining partner systems, and preparing essential internal documentation. If you're detail-oriented, have strong organizational skills, and thrive in a collaborative environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site playback support, including scheduling, guest registration, escorting guests, and managing on-site needs during partner visits.
  • Schedule and coordinate partner meetings, briefings, and business reviews.
  • Partner with internal teams to organize and schedule demos.
  • Assist in arranging senior leadership internal meetings.
  • Track and deliver key assets from partners for various promotions and business initiatives.
  • Create and maintain internal communications, including:
    • Quarterly Summaries
    • Campaign Performance Reports
    • Monthly Team Reports
    • Weekly Business Updates
    • Bespoke Reports as Needed

Required Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in partnership coordination, including managing internal documentation, reporting, and external presentation management.
  • Expertise in creating and managing external presentations using Keynote, and developing assets like User Guides, One-Sheets, and Best Practices documentation.
  • Proven experience scheduling and coordinating business reviews and team meetings.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

To qualify for our benefits package, you must work over 30 hours per week, and the length of the assignment must be a minimum of 10 weeks.
