We are currently seeking a Compliance Analyst V for a 7-12 month contract with a global ecommerce leader in Draper, Utah. As a Compliance Analyst V, you will play a key role on the Buyer Risk Policy team, creating and managing policies that help reduce fraud, abuse, and regulatory risks within the Loyalty Program Abuse space. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented, analytical professional who is eager to make an impact at a globally recognized company.
Compliance Analyst V Responsibilities:
- Risk Assessment, Monitoring, & Mitigation: Develop and implement strategies to improve gift card fraud detection and prevention.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with data science, product, customer support, and third-party teams to create end-to-end solutions for identifying and mitigating emerging threats.
- Run the Business: Oversee daily functions of the Loyalty Program Abuse team, including monitoring threats, addressing urgent issues, and managing policy adjustments.
- Process Optimization: Improve standard operating procedures to ensure compliance and drive operational efficiency.
- Governance: Ensure defense strategies are effective, identifying and addressing any policy gaps.
- Policy Improvement: Refine and communicate Gift Card Redemption Risk policies to minimize fraud abuse and enhance user understanding.
- Influence Senior Leadership: Present high-impact analysis and recommendations to senior leaders in Business, Product, Risk, and Payments teams to secure approvals and resources.
Compliance Analyst V Requirements:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in trust & safety, strategy & operations, strategic program management, payments risk, or a similar field.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Proficient in SQL (testing required), with the ability to analyze data and develop solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional organizational skills and an eye for detail to ensure accurate policy creation and efficient workflow.
- Process Improvement: Proven ability to identify inefficiencies and implement innovative solutions.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey policy changes and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
