Dialpad is seeking an Orders Analyst to join their Global Deal Desk & Order Processing team in Buenos Aires. This role involves supporting Sales and CX teams by ensuring timely and accurate provisioning of customer accounts. The Orders Analyst will act as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for post-sales order provisioning, collaborating with Sales, Finance, and other internal stakeholders. Responsibilities include processing customer service orders, verifying order information, tracking provisioning status, analyzing order data, and preparing reports. The analyst will also ensure compliance with company policies, improve internal order processes, and provide excellent customer service. This is an opportunity to work in a collaborative environment focused on continuous evolution and utilizing AI-driven insights.

Your role

As an Order Desk Analyst, you’ll learn about the internal order processes. You will work closely with other internal stakeholders, such as Sales and Finance, to ensure Dialpad Customer Accounts are provisioned in a timely and accurate manner, while striving for efficiency across the post-sales process. 

This position reports to our ARG Manager of Global Deal Desk & Order Processing and is based in our Buenos Aires office.

Dialpad’s Order Desk Analyst will be responsible for supporting Global Sales and CX teams as part of the greater Operations and Strategy organization. They play an integral role in the end-to-end deal cycle, acting as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for post-sales order provisioning. In this role, you’ll combine your critical thinking and strong communication skills to become a strategic business partner for Sales.

Dialpad’s Global Order Desk team plays an essential role in the success of Dialpad. This team collaborates closely with multiple stakeholders across the business to constantly improve areas within the post-sales cycle, while maintaining and adhering to business policies and procedures.

What you’ll do

  • Lead the Orders activities by assisting as front-line support for complex requests as they relate to post-sales activities, including internal inquiries and account provisioning.
  • Process incoming customer service orders, ensuring they are accurately entered into the system.
  • Verify order information (e.g., product availability, shipping details, pricing) and confirm with relevant departments as needed.
  • Track provisioning status and provide timely updates to internal teams.
  • Analyze order data to identify discrepancies or issues, and work to resolve them promptly.
  • Prepare and maintain reports on order trends, volumes, and potential bottlenecks.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, order protocols, and customer requirements.
  • Work cross-functionally with various stakeholders within the business, such as Sales, Accounts Receivable, and Billing Teams.
  • Create / Improve documents to track internal Orders processes/procedures and find innovative ways to improve support for business growth.
  • Provide excellent customer service through communication and follow-up.
  • Assist with ad-hoc special projects and general administrative tasks, as required.

Skills you’ll bring

  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

  • Experience using Salesforce is a plus.
  • Previous experience in an operations or order processing role is required.
