• Sourcing and allocating part: as a parts advisor you will source and allocate part in our location in Warsaw as well as support our technicians and mobile technicians
• Quality Checks:  You will receive and check quality of the relevant parts and ensure all paperwork is accurate
• Point of contact: You will communicate any updates to technicians and Service Centers when required
• Monitoring inventory: You will assist in monitoring inventory within the parts system, rearranging any appointments where the parts will not be available on time if required
• Reviewing processes:  You will process returned warranty parts for review
• Ensuring Health and Safety regulations: You will ensure all health and safety regulations and procedures are adhered to, for both employees and customers
