We're Looking For An Experienced People Consultant To Join Our People & Culture Team. Reporting To The Senior Director, People & Culture, You'll Be Responsible To Partner On (but Not Limited To) The Following:
- Conduct research through several methods (data collection, surveys) to identify a problematic situation or find the cause.
- Perform data analysis across several project needs (e.g. diversity program, leader report outs, improvement areas)
- Resolve daily issues that employees experience and finding opportunities to grow and transform these areas of support to address a growing organisation.
- Uncover opportunities to grow support of the region and partner with Shared Services on process improvement.
- Bridge the gap between service delivery and strategy implementation
- Support managers on ER cases and PIP's and gather employee feedback.
What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- 5+ years experience in HR experience supporting several functions across India
- Requires experience as a hands-on People Partner in a complex, high-volume and growth environment
- A Master's degree in human resources or related field is ideal
- Build relationships with leadership and employees, and excellent in advanced evaluative skills.
What will make you Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Demonstrated understanding of metrics, drivers and compensation plans, and scorecards
- Present facts and recommendations with written, verbal, and public speaking skills.
- Experience managing uncertainty to develop solutions
- Self- Starter who can organise information, bring solutions to closure.
- Demonstrated experience in project management
