POSITION
At Codeway, we're redefining the performance marketing role. Here, you won't just analyze data and optimize campaigns; you'll also participate in creative discussions, manage global network relationships, and contribute to strategic decisions that shape Codeway’s future vision.
So, the ideal candidate is an exceptional all-rounder: good with people, comfortable with data, a self-starter who’s not afraid of failing, capable of generating creative ad ideas, and deeply curious about all aspects of growth.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING?
Claim 360 ownership. of an app’s marketing & execute end-to-end user acquisition strategies.
Manage the Creative Pipeline. Develop and test creatives: come up with ideas, propose hypotheses, monitor implementation, and give feedback.
Manage and optimize user acquisition campaigns. across Meta, TikTok, Google and other networks.
Build meaningful relationships. with external partners and agencies, and manage collaborations with ad networks such as Meta London, TikTok Dubai, Apple London, and Google Dublin teams.
Build and monitor BI dashboards. for insights, and ensure campaigns achieve target KPIs while scaling.
Collaborate closely with the product team. to understand user motivations and shape effective monetization strategies.
Take additional responsibilities to grow your app. Get creative, think beyond performance marketing, and apply out-of-the-box growth-hacking techniques.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING?
Experience. You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in performance marketing or a related field, with a solid foundation and a strong desire to further your growth.
Passion. Passion for mobile marketing, data, creative productionTake the wheel. You’re ready to get your hands dirty. You’re hard-working, you refuse to give up until achieving what you want to get. You’re result-driven and always aim for excellence in the work you do.
Ownership. We want you to be ready to own every aspect of your project. You won’t be a newcomer here; you’ll own your thing.
Cool vibe. You’re open to constructive criticism and feedback. You’re ready to improve yourself accordingly.
Excellent communication skills. You’ll wear multiple hats as you work with marketing artists, product managers, external partners, and your peers within the performance team.
Excellent command of English. You’ll manage a creative pipeline that mainly targets the United States audience, and manage joint partnerships with external networks and agencies.

Our two top-performing apps, Wonder AI Art Generator, became the most downloaded AI Art app during 2023, and Chat & Ask AI Chatbot became one of the most downloaded AI chatbot apps in April 2023. In the App Store, while Wonder keeps 4th place in the Graphic & Design category, Chat & Ask AI is in 11th place in Productivity.
Since its launch, the company's portfolio of apps has had over 150M users.
