Shine Social Brand is seeking a Personal Assistant to provide high-level administrative and personal support to its executives. This role requires excellent organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include managing executive schedules, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements, serving as a point of contact, handling confidential information, preparing correspondence and reports, assisting with personal errands, organizing communications, and planning events. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and possess strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Job Title: Personal Assistant *ASAP*

Location: Charlotte, NC

Job Description:

The Personal Assistant will provide high-level administrative and personal support to executives at Shine Social Brand. This role requires excellent organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain executives’ schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Serve as a point of contact between executives, clients, and internal teams.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports as needed.
  • Assist with personal errands, including coordinating deliveries, reservations, and other tasks.
  • Organize and prioritize incoming communications and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Plan and coordinate events, meetings, and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
