Responsibilities
Coordinate project activities, resources, and information
Assist in the development of project plans and timelines
Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
Serve as a point of contact between project team members and stakeholders

Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and summaries
Track deliverables and ensure timely execution
Support budgeting, procurement, and administrative tasks related to projects
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
2+ years of experience in project coordination or a similar role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or MS Project) is a plus
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
