Mindtickle is seeking an enthusiastic and proactive intern to join the Accounts Payable team, primarily supporting employee expenses and claim reimbursements. This role offers a great chance to gain practical finance and accounting experience within a corporate setting. The intern will be involved in reviewing and verifying employee reimbursement claims, processing claims in Oracle NetSuite, maintaining records, supporting monthly closing activities, assisting with audit and compliance checks, and preparing reports. The position is a good opportunity to get experience in the finance industry and understand how the business functions.
Must have:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed B.com, M.com, MBA (finance), or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant softwares.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Good to have:
- Familiarity with any expense management tool or ERP is a plus

What’s in it for you?
- Assist in reviewing and verifying employee reimbursement claims for accuracy,
- Completeness and compliance with policies.
- Process claims in Oracle NetSuite.
- Maintain records of claims and related correspondence.
- Support the monthly closing activities by ensuring timely processing of claims.
- Assist in audit and compliance check related to employee reimbursement.
- Prepare basic reports and summaries as needed
