The Manager, Revenue Operations will play a crucial role in supporting and empowering our sales, partner, and customer teams to achieve their revenue targets. This person will lead a team of Revenue Operations professionals responsible for managing and optimizing revenue operations processes, managing the revenue technology stack, and ensuring cross-functional collaboration to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Management: Oversee and improve revenue operations processes, including customer lifecycle management, customer information management, and sales technology utilization.
  • Technology Management: Manage and optimize sales technology tools, ensuring they meet the needs of the sales, partner, and customer teams and drive efficiency.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, IT, Customer Success, and other departments to ensure alignment and support for revenue-generating activities.
  • Partner Operations: Collaborate with partner teams to streamline operations, enhance partner relationships, and drive joint revenue opportunities.
  • Customer Operations: Ensure efficient customer operations processes to enhance customer adoption, satisfaction and retention.
  • Data Quality Management: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within the CRM, Salesforce, by implementing data quality standards and conducting regular audits.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and support to sales, partner, and customer teams on revenue operations processes and tools.

Key Competencies:

  • Sales Technology Proficiency: Deep understanding of sales technology tools (including Salesforce and ecosystem) and their application in optimizing sales processes.
  • Exceptional Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • Strategic Leadership: Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Collaboration and Influence: Strong ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Project Management: Superior organizational and project management skills, with a track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Problem-Solving: High-level problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in sales operations or revenue operations management.
