Procurement Business Partner

The Procurement Business Partner in Tokyo will manage end-to-end sourcing for IT and general services (primarily general services). Responsibilities include requirement definition, market analysis, sourcing strategy, contract negotiation, procure-to-pay processes (quote comparison, bidding, negotiation, PO creation, cost reconciliation, payment requests), new supplier development, key stakeholder management at local studios, collaboration with the China group procurement category manager, data analysis for process improvement, and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate possesses 3-5 years of procurement experience, including at least one year in office leasing, infrastructure construction, or facility management. Strong communication skills, adaptability, and a team-oriented approach are essential.
