Job Description

Workato seeks Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to fuel its growth, playing a key role in almost every deal. SDRs will collaborate closely with Account Executives, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to develop new territories and industries. This role offers opportunities to learn from industry leaders under a manager with a proven track record of career progression for his team. Key responsibilities include setting up meetings for the sales team, building the company pipeline, working with marketing on campaigns, refining sales strategies for targeted areas, consulting existing customers, achieving sales targets, reaching out to new leads via cold calling and email, and continuously improving through feedback.
Must have:
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Technical aptitude in integration and automation
  • Knowledge of business applications (Sales, Marketing, Customer Support)

Responsibilities

Are you looking to build a career in technology sales? Due to recent promotions and internal relocations, we’re hiring Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to help power our next phase of growth.
At Workato, our SDR team is at the forefront of almost every deal. You’ll work closely with Account Executives, Marketing, Customer Success and Product teams as you build out new territories and industries.
You’ll learn from some of the brightest in the industry, led by a manager with a track record of guiding his team to their career goals and progression to Account Executives.

 In this role, you will also be responsible to:

  • Set up meetings for the Sales Team and help build the company pipeline.

  • Work closely with the Marketing Team on campaigns and GTM efforts.

  • Work closely with Sales Team to refine strategy for targeted territories/segments.

  • Consult existing customers to understand how they are using Workato currently and where they want to get to as a business

  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule

  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling and email

  • Continuously improve through feedback

Requirements

Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills

  • Bachelors Degree - Fresh graduates may apply

  • Some technical aptitude and the ability to become deeply fluent in integration and automation solutions.

  • Knowledge of business applications, especially applications used in Sales, Marketing, Customer Support such as Google Apps, Outreach, Zoominfo, Slack and SFDC

Soft Skills / Personal Characteristics

  • High energy, positive attitude with the ability to take initiative; strong work ethic, self-directed and resourceful; Discipline to conduct and manage sales cycle process from initial contact through to initial qualification

  • Strong customer orientation, dedication, and passion for delivering a great customer experience

  • Strong collaboration skills; ability to adapt to a dynamic start-up environment with a passion for making an impact

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English; ability to convey information clearly and analyze customer requirements as needed to help customer make buying decisions

このポジションで担当する主な業務:

  • 営業チームのために商談のアポイントを設定し、案件パイプラインの拡大を支援する
  • マーケティングチームと連携し、キャンペーンやGo-to-Market(市場投入)活動をサポートする
  • 営業チームと協力し、特定の地域・セグメントに対する戦略を洗練させる
  • 既存顧客に対して、現在のWorkatoの活用状況や今後のビジネス目標をヒアリング・提案する
  • 合意された営業目標や成果をスケジュール通りに達成する
  • コールドコールやメールで新規顧客リードにアプローチする
  • フィードバックを活用しながら継続的にスキルを向上させる

応募資格・経験・スキル
学歴・経験・技術スキル:

  • 学士号(Bachelors Degree)※新卒の方も応募可能です
  • 統合(Integration)や自動化(Automation)ソリューションに関して、ある程度の技術的な理解力、またはその習得意欲
  • ビジネスアプリケーションの知識(特に営業・マーケティング・カスタマーサポート部門で使用される以下のようなツール)
    • Google Apps, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Slack, Salesforce(SFDC)etc
