You will utilize outbound strategies like cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and social media to identify potential clients in the IT sector, primarily mid to large enterprises. Market research and lead qualification are key responsibilities to ensure alignment with our staffing solutions and pricing structures. You will develop and maintain a database of prospects, manage communication strategies, and meet monthly/quarterly lead generation targets. Collaboration with the Business Development and Sales teams is crucial for transitioning qualified leads and providing insights on client needs and market dynamics. Regular reporting on lead generation activities and results is required.
