You will develop and maintain a database of prospects, manage communication strategies, and meet monthly/quarterly lead generation targets. Collaboration with the Business Development and Sales teams is crucial for transitioning qualified leads and providing insights on client needs and market dynamics. Regular reporting on lead generation activities and results is required.

Collaboration: Work closely with the Business Development and Sales teams to transition qualified leads and provide insights on client needs and market dynamics.
Reporting: Track lead generation activities and results, providing reports and updates to management on a regular basis.
Requirements
Experience: 3+ years of outbound lead generation experience, ideally in IT services or IT staff augmentation.
Knowledge of IT Staff Augmentation: Familiarity with the IT staff augmentation model, including typical client needs, staffing solutions, and the Time & Materials (T&M) pricing model.
Skills: Strong communication skills, persuasive sales abilities, and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
Tools: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email marketing tools.
Target Regions: Prior experience targeting regions such as North America, Europe, or the Middle East is preferred.
Results-Oriented: Ability to work independently, meet lead generation targets, and adapt strategies as needed to maximize outreach effectiveness.
Availability: Flexibility to work across different time zones if required to target specific regions
