Responsibilities

We are looking for an exceptional Strategic Events Manager. In this role, you will be responsible to:

• Plan and execute 20 + in‑person and virtual events annually.

• Own logistics, vendor relations, budgets, and ROI analysis.

• Operate the San Francisco AI Research Lab event space: own the calendar, manage logistics, and ensure a welcoming, well‑run venue for partner, customer, and community events.

• Bring external partners, user groups, and local tech communities into the lab; program and host at least two high‑impact events per month.

• Collaborate with Video and Community teams to extend event reach

Requirements

Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills

• 4 + years event marketing in B2B or developer‑focused companies.

• Proven track record managing multiple events simultaneously

Soft Skills / Personal Characteristics

• Detail‑oriented organiser with strong negotiation skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication.

• Some after-hours event coverage required for evening or weekend developer events.
