As a Product Owner/Manager at Salesforce, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, translate business goals into a product vision and roadmap. You'll define and prioritize features based on strategic goals and feedback. You'll act as the voice of the business during sprint planning, ensuring engineering teams understand and deliver on business expectations. You will lead E2E (End-to-End) and UAT (User Acceptance Training) efforts. You will also conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.

Salesforce Inc. seeks Product Owner, Manager in Dallas, TX:

Job Duties: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business goals and requirements, and translate them into a clear product vision, solution and roadmap. Define and prioritize features, improvements, and initiatives based on strategic goals, and business feedback. Act as the voice of the business during sprint planning, ensuring that engineering teams understand and deliver on business expectations. Establish a continuous feedback loop with our business team, gathering insights to iterate on product enhancements and innovations. Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer pain points, and competitive landscapes. Lead E2E (End-to-End) and UAT (User Acceptance Training) efforts, validating that results meet quality standards and address user requirements. Telecommuting is an option. 

Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related quantitative discipline, and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in related field, OR Bachelor’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), Business Administration, or a related quantitative discipline, and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or in any occupation in related field.

Special Skill Requirements: (1) A/B test testing; (2) Value Stream Mapping; (3) Value Stream Delivery; (4) Jira; (5) SQL; (6) Kanban; (7) Data Analytics; (8) Python; and (9) Cross-platform API integration. Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Telecommuting is an option.
