  • 10+ years of industry experience working with clients.
  • Experience in a professional services or consulting role.
Good to have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Master's degree is preferred.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
  • Professional certifications, such as Project Management Professional (PMP), are highly desired.

Job Details

Position Overview: As a Professional Services Leader, you will be responsible for identifying and managing consultative projects for our existing clients. Your expertise will help solve complex business challenges and enhance the overall success of our client’s projects. The role will carry a bookings and revenue target aligned to Professional Services function goals. This role also requires excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, along with a deep understanding of industry best practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, project requirements, and challenges.

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with clients' goals and objectives.

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of clients' current processes, systems, and strategies to identify areas for improvement.

  • Provide expert advice and recommendations to clients on implementing best practices and industry standards.

  • Design and implement customized solutions that address clients' specific needs, leveraging our products and services.

  • Effectively communicate project progress, status updates, and key findings to clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate clients on best practices, ensuring smooth adoption of new solutions.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, building strong relationships and providing ongoing support throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Development, and Marketing, to align solutions with customers' needs.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and market developments to continuously enhance your solution offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

  • 10+ years of experience within the industry working closely with clients.

  • Proven experience in a professional services or consulting role, preferably within the investment accounting industry.

  • Strong track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects within given timelines and budgets.

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop innovative solutions.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively present complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with clients.

  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.

  • Familiarity with industry-leading software applications and technologies.

  • Professional certifications, such as Project Management Professional (PMP), are highly desired.
