As a Program Manager for Public-Private Partnerships in India, you will be instrumental in advancing Philips' health technology innovations. Job Description

In this role, you are part of our mission to improve people's health and well-being through meaningful innovation. You will accelerate Philips’ health technology innovations by establishing and coordinating strategic collaborative Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects in India.


Your role:

  • Identify and initiate collaboration opportunities with innovation partners (hospitals and research institutes) within Indian government funded R&D programs.

  • Coordinate the preparation and submission of winning project proposals of the highest excellence, impact, and implementation quality. Support the execution of resulting PPP projects and manage communication with funding agencies.

  • Be part of Philips' global center of excellence for Public-Private Partnerships, supporting Philips business units in four regions in acquiring and executing government-funded grants.

You're the right fit if:

  • have a master’s degree and 5+ years of proven experience in initiating and/or leading R&D projects and collaborations.

  • have a track record of successfully acquiring public-private partnership grants.

  • can quickly grasp the essence of innovation challenges in a wide variety of health technology topics, including hardware, software, and services development.

  • self-driven, can structure your work well, and possess strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate the activities of internal and external partners.

  • have a learning mindset and are eager to continuously improve your way of working, for example, with the use of digital technologies and data-driven solutions.
